How Does Super HeatMAX Work?

The HeatMAX operates on the principle of Resonance.

By way of its patented Neodymium super conductors it generates the specific resonance frequency that when installed over the fuel line, can fracture the hydrocarbon chains in the passing fuel.

    A picture of the test boiler firebox when 4 HeatMAX units were installed.
    The boiler firebox was cleaned 2 weeks earlier and it can easily be seen that the unit is already quite covered with soot.

 

    A picture of the same boiler, taken 10 weeks after HeatMAX installation, which is 12 weeks after cleaning. Normally the boiler needs to be cleaned every 6-8 weeks.
    In the photo you can see that the hard scale deposits on the horizontal plates has fallen away. The Client reports these scale deposits normally must be removed with a firebox cleaning.
    In addition, the fuel gas temperature is now lower than it normally is after the regular soot cleaning.
    The HeatMAX Fuel Conditioning System accelerated combustion. Now using less fuel, the system produced a hotter and dramatically cleaner burn cycle.
